Shipping

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Carrier and service level are selected at checkout. You will receive tracking by email when the label is created. Some products may require ground-only transit because of hazmat classification.

Returns

Unopened items in resaleable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Opened liquids, custom tinted product, and clearance items are generally not returnable. Contact support for an RMA before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or leaking, photograph the carton and product and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and reship or refund as appropriate.
